We were out of state buyers and were unfamiliar with the buying process in California (as well as other concepts like land leases which are unusual in our home state). Stewart explained everything to us and led us through each step in the process; he even helped coordinate inspections, contractor estimates, etc. which was invaluable since we didn't live in the area. Stewart possesses a wealth of understanding of the Palm Springs area and knew exactly where in the city to look to find a place that would meet our needs.
